We love this place as they have good sandwiches, delicious rice dumping cake, and also tasty Vietnamese crispy and savory crepes. Customer service is good too. Good place to visit in Boston

Solid Banh mi and Bao. Very affordable ($10 minimum for credit card payments). They also have selected prepackaged meals available for purchase.

Very welcoming and helpful staff (and visiting customers!) to a visiting family who didn't speak Vietnamese. Delicious beef banh mi, with crisp bread, tender and flavorful beef, and generous vegetables and pickles. Really nice milk boba tea, and a chewy, tasty slice of what I think was banh da lon, or a steamed and flavored cake of sticky rice flour.

I like Banh mi from King DO. As well as any other food selections. I am not a picky on taste and their food always taste food even I ordered the wrong one. Plus there is no waiting line like Ba Le down the street. I don't like to wait in line.. so if you are looking to drop in and out less than 4 or less minutes. Come to this place.

First time here and won't be our last. Awesome food and great staff. Ordered the King Do Ban Mhi and bun bo hue. Only complaint is that we didn't order enough! We will definitely be back and bring our friends too :)

I think King Do Restaurant has the most expansive menu of all the Vietnamese places that I have been to. Certain foods like bánh mì are made to order, but there are also pre-made foods and desserts on display for purchase and a restaurant menu. I ordered the Bánh Mì Bò Nướng (Grilled BBQ Beef), which was a great deal for $7. Note that there is a $10 credit card minimum, so bring cash. The bánh mì was cold, so I toasted it when I got home, and it tasted delicious and was filling.

I got the banh mi dac biet. While the sandwich was generously sized and the fillings were tasty, the bread wasn't crisp like a good banh mi baguette should be.

3.5 stars but rounded up to support the business. Customer service is slow, and we were the only table there at 1 pm, so I can't imagine what it would be like if there were multiple tables with orders. It took about 25-30 mins to get all our food. Our drinks did come out after about 5 mins. It looks like they have only 1-2 people doing both the kitchen and the waiting. There is nothing special about the atmosphere, and the whole place smells like cleaning products. So don't expect any ambiance. With that said, the ladies were all nice and courteous...just trying to go from one thing to another. We ordered pho ($15), bun bo hue ($14) and hu tieu nam vang ($13), com dac biet ($14). All were pretty good, and had a decent amount of contents. We also got a bunch of their packaged food to go. All pretty yummy. Would recommend if you can allocate more time to eat out, not if you're expecting fast service.

Very fresh & tasty sugarcane juice, and wonderful pork rice porridge soup (Chao Long). I always stop by to pick up 2 orders when I travel to Dot! The staffs are very sweet and friendly, esp Chi Chau, the manager :).

Best viet iced coffee in town. With the small crushed/pebble ice. Yerrr! They have a bathroom too in case you're on the go.
